The information we collect

We only collect the data we need to respond to you and run the site. Specifically:

• Enquiry details. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to include in your message.
• Newsletter details. When you sign up to "The SheridanCX edit", we collect your email address.
• Usage data. Like most websites, we collect anonymised information about how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type) through analytics cookies.

How and why we use it

We use your personal data to:

• respond to your enquiry and provide the information or services you have asked for;
• send you our newsletter, where you have subscribed, until you choose to unsubscribe;
• understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Our legal basis is your consent (for the newsletter and non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and improving the site, and taking steps to enter into a potential working relationship at your request.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, each acting under contract and appropriate safeguards:

• Klaviyo — email marketing and enquiry capture (newsletter and contact form).
• Resend — delivery of enquiry notification emails to our team.
• Google Analytics — anonymised website analytics.
• Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where they do, that transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Cookies
