111SKIN was founded by Harley Street plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr Yannis Alexandrides and Eva Alexandrides, translating operating-theatre science into luxury skincare. We designed a beauty-hall counter that makes that duality physical: clinical precision, wrapped in jewel-box luxury.
“Surgically-inspired skincare for total skin confidence.”
The counter had to hold two ideas at once, the rigour of the operating theatre and the warmth of a luxury house. A framework of champagne-gold art-deco grilles and mirror frames the space; white and fleur-de-pêche marble ground it; and a cascade of porcelain butterflies signals transformation and rebirth. Backlit product walls turn the range into a cabinet of specimens, precise, considered and quietly theatrical, with the founder's surgical credentials etched across the mirror above.

Each hero franchise gets its own moment. The Black Diamond and Intensive collections sit in brushed steel and black, framed by illuminated magnifying mirrors that echo a surgeon's loupe. The Y Theorem and NAC Y2 repair range is heroed in signature deep red; Rose Gold Radiance glows warm; and a dedicated masking bar stakes 111SKIN's claim as the authority in masking, its hydrogel and bio-cellulose masks shown on lit, mirror-backed stands with clinically-proven results front and centre.

A private consultation nook, grey velvet stools at a lit vanity beneath the butterfly wall, invites customers to slow down and be advised one to one. It is the counter's still point, where clinical authority becomes personal care, and where the range can be explained the way a specialist would.

Operating-theatre science, made a retail jewel.
