The biggest stores get the most attention, but a point of sale unit reaches thousands of locations across America and beyond. Its customer journey deserves exactly the same rigour as a flagship: gaining attention from a distance, drawing people in, and helping them leave with the product that is right for them.
“A point of sale unit deserves the same considered journey as a flagship door.”
We worked to specific, measurable goals. The unit had to earn attention from across a busy floor, make discovery effortless up close, and increase the chance that a customer walked away with the right product rather than leaving overwhelmed. Results were always part of the brief.
The unit was modular, so it could be stacked and configured to suit the space and the ranges prioritised in each store. At its centre, a digital screen sensed movement and drew people in, then acted as a shade finder, narrowing many products down to the few most likely to suit, speeding up education and selection at the point of decision.

We created a prototype with a talented team, then supported the rollout across every location. The results were overwhelming, and the programme became a significant commercial success, exactly the kind of measurable impact we design for.

Small footprint, thousands of locations, measurable impact.
