TBC is Georgia's leading bank. For its flagship at 7 Marjanishvili in Tbilisi, we reimagined what a branch could be: not a transactional hall but a multi-floor destination that draws the community in and keeps them there, raising the standard for customer experience in retail banking through design.
“We are insatiably curious and never stop asking questions. We take a strategic approach.”
Retail banking was being redrawn by digital. The opportunity was to give the physical branch a reason to exist beyond the transaction: a place to work, meet, learn and belong, with banking woven quietly through it.
We zoned the building as a vertical high street. An atrium and cafe at street level, co-working and a digital branch above, then progressively more private lounge, meeting and library spaces as you rise, each floor earning the next visit.
“If you want to make your consumer feel something, you have to know how to translate a brand into a physical space.”
Warm materials, generous daylight and a considered furniture language make the space feel closer to a members' club than a bank. Digital touchpoints handle the transactional, so the human spaces can focus on advice, community and dwell.

Delivered floor by floor as a single coherent concept, from cafe and canvas to co-working, digital branch, luxe lounge and library. Each zone was detailed to the same standard and built as a repeatable model for the future of the network.
Wooden textures, black metals, velvets, leathers, slate-blue paint, fluted glass and pops of copper and terracotta, a melting point of eastern and western influences, delivered as photographed below.

A branch people choose to spend the day in.
