When Victoria Beckham Beauty was preparing to re-launch its beauty offering, the brand held premium retail opportunities in some of the world's most iconic locations. Our brief was to create a scalable luxury concept that could adapt seamlessly to diverse spaces while reflecting Victoria Beckham's uncompromising attention to detail.
“Scaling luxury design is about preserving the smallest details at the largest scale.”
Victoria Beckham Beauty had secured space in Selfridges in London, La Samaritaine in Paris and select Neiman Marcus stores across North America. Each was a landmark address with its own architecture and constraints, and each demanded the same singular level of finish.
We developed a retail identity that could be deployed globally without dilution: one design language, engineered to flex across footprints while holding true to the brand's understated elegance and obsession with detail.
“Residential-level materials, translated into a globally deployable retail format.”
The concept featured super-clean lines, minimalist detailing and a precise blend of rare marble and refined wood finishes. While these materials set a high bar for luxury aesthetics, we adapted every element to function in a retail setting without compromising durability or usability.

We delivered this high-reaching aesthetic within a cost framework that supported profitability in every location. That meant careful cost engineering, without sacrificing design integrity, so a global rollout could stay true to the brand's vision. With concepts executed across London, Paris and North America, we leveraged our international network to coordinate manufacture and installation, spanning retail identity development, concept management, design development, project management, manufacture and installation.

One luxury concept, at home in every landmark store worldwide.
